Istrian Villa Oasis
Using advanced techniques, ten photo-realistic 3D visualizations of the villa landscape in Istria were created. The project included several revisions of the terrain model and other details to achieve a satisfactory state according to the client's wishes. Each frame was carefully adjusted through multiple revisions to achieve high quality and detail. The client provided terrain height data, CAD drawings, a mood board, and a catalog of preferred plant materials, with special attention given to selecting plant materials that best match the desired appearance. The project represents a perfect synergy of landscape architecture and architecture, providing the client with a realistic depiction of the future appearance of the villa and its surroundings.
Fresh and Warm: Vukovarska Penthouse Design
The architectural visualization of the penthouse on Vukovarska Street showcases a modern interior in light blue and brown tones, combining freshness and warmth through materials and colors. The open floor plan merges the living room, dining area, and kitchen, while minimalist furniture and elegant details add sophistication. Using advanced techniques, we created realistic 3D visualizations down to the smallest details, providing the client with a clear insight into the future space's appearance.
Rustic Retreat
The architectural visualization of the repurposed pool shell features a canopy supported by steel hexagonal beams, highlighting its construction and industrial aesthetic. This combination creates a dynamic area that blends functionality with the raw aesthetics of industrial style. The visualization reveals intricate construction details, providing a clear depiction of the design. Our approach allows clients to clearly see the future space and demonstrates our expertise in architectural design, ensuring a space that meets their needs
SIMPLE BEDROOM
The investor desired to see different variations of furniture, lighting fixtures, and surface finishes to select the most suitable design according to the criteria. All changes were quickly implemented with the help of our innovative service "Real-time rendering". Key design decisions were made directly within the modeling program, while the client was able to track every step of the process simultaneously.
GAMEROOM
The game room with blue walls, prominent orange accents, and neon lights creates a dynamic atmosphere. Wooden bleachers offer a comfortable spot for watching games, while bean bags are perfect for relaxed gaming. With a focus on an interactive atmosphere, the game room becomes a favorite spot for socializing and entertainment. This space transformation required detailed 3D visualizations to achieve the desired look. The client provided blueprints along with a mood board and all relevant materials, based on which the final visualizations were created. The process involved several revisions to ensure complete client satisfaction and achieve the desired appearance of the space.
